We had a large board meeting consisting of members from multiple companies and were actively trying to build a strategy and guiding documents for a new organization. Lesley came in to facilitate a session and provide some needed structure to our approach. Lesley also provided a mix of listening and responding to the board discussion along with guidance from her personal background and knowledge to help us make decisions and create a usable format and documents much faster than we would have been able to achieve on our own as a group. Lesley was a great asset to our team.
