As a new company and expanding team, the organization faced challenges around unclear expectations and overlapping responsibilities. Team members were unsure of their roles, leading to inefficiencies and missing opportunities for collaboration.

To increase clarity and alignment, our strategy focused on defining roles and responsibilities across the organization, ensuring each member of the team understood how their work contributes to the broader mission of the company.

Facilitated a collaborative team workshop with the intent to:

  • Develop clear and actionable role descriptions.

  • Align individual responsibilities with the company’s mission and values.

  • Create a shared language around accountability and contribution.

Outcome

The workshop resulted in a clear understanding of what is expected of each member of the team. This increased alignment, improved communication, and a greater understanding of how each member of the team contributes to the company’s success.

Front Door Marketing

Founded in January 2020, Front Door Marketing has been a company in the making since owner, Jim Walrod, graduated from college in 2005. With his new business degree, Jim immediately embarked on a career in the promotional marketing sales industry. He worked for fifteen years at a locally based firm that ranks among the country’s largest privately held promotional product companies.
